Come work with us.
The Miami Crossing District was formed to highlight the dynamic business environment that makes up the area at the crossroads of Interstate 75 and Interstate 675, situated in the beautiful communities of Miami Township and Miamisburg, in Montgomery County, Ohio.
Miami Crossing is just one piece in the implementation of a master plan that calls for major redevelopment initiatives to further transform the area into an urban, walkable, livable environment, centered on a variety of local and regional shops and services, as well as residential housing, parks, and office developments.
If you are interested in being part of one of the most dynamic commercial areas in the region, give us a call and we can talk about your next great opportunity.
You can contact us at the Miami Township Community Development Office at (937) 433-3426.
Creating a Plan & Vision for Miami Crossing
Between 2014 and 2015, the Dayton Mall Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) led an effort to create a first of it’s kind master plan for the area surrounding the Dayton Mall. In conjunction with Stantec Urban Places Group, the JEDD held a series of community meetings over the course of a year to develop a new vision for the area now known as Miami Crossing.
The plan was formally adopted by the JEDD Board on December 8, 2015 and can be found below along with the Executive Summary and Appendix materials.
