The Miami Crossing JEDD
The Miami Crossing Joint Economic Development District (JEDD) is a partnership between Miami Township and the City of Miamisburg formed for the purpose of facilitating economic development within the district. The JEDD Board and all the businesses located in the JEDD are the primary drivers and financial support for the Miami Crossing District.
Home of the Dayton Mall
The Dayton Mall is a shopping mall located in Miami Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, located 9 miles south of Dayton, Ohio. The mall area features many retails stores and restaurants and includes anchor stores such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s, and JCPenney.
The Future of the District
Miami Crossing is just one piece in the implementation of a master plan that calls for major redevelopment initiatives to further transform the area into an urban, walk-able, livable environment, centered on a variety of local and regional shops and services, as well as residential housing, parks and office developments.
